Adam is a full-time travel nerd who founded Hipmunk just weeks after his graduation from MIT in June 2010. At MIT, he earned degrees in electrical engineering/computer science and mechanical engineering, and was the North American Debating Champion in 2010.
Prior to Hipmunk, Adam co-founded BookTour with Wired's Chris Anderson, and was also the youngest author ever at O'Reilly, writing AppleScript: The Missing Manual at the age of 16.
Matt Hubert consults with organizations on product, design, and engineering strategy, and focuses on using user experience as the key to innovation. Matt is also a compulsive traveller, having spent time in nearly 50 countries and an equal amount of time dealing with the reservation systems, loyalty programs, and fare classes to get him there. He has a degree in computer science from UCSB.
Christine Kim is a Product Manager on Uber’s Developer Platform team. They build public APIs (mainly Ride Request API, Driver API, uberRUSH API) and tools / widgets to support everything from strategic integrations (Google Maps, FB Messenger, Siri) to unique startups (Transit App, PayFare, Teleport App).
Before acting as a PM, Christine joined Uber in 2015 a backend engineer on the same team. She has a degree in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and grew up in the Bay Area.

David has worked on high-scale web sites and mobile apps for more than 15 years and has a particular passion for making digital products work 'anywhere’.
Emre Mangir is focused on building world-class products and partnerships to connect travel brands and their customers with the best local options for ground transportation. The company has grown ten-fold in his 2-year tenure overseeing day-to-day operations and continues to post double-digit monthly growth.
Prior to joining Mozio, he worked as a consultant to over a dozen leading global technology companies to identify and achieve over a hundred million dollars in profit and revenue improvements by optimizing commercial activities.
Emre earned dual degrees in Applied Mathematics and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Before entering the start-up world, Gillian worked as a consultant, journalist, and educator in Turkey, China, the Gulf states, and Syria. Her work has appeared in/on the New York Times, CNN, CNBC, TechCrunch, The Next Web, and LifeHacker.
Gillian's work in emerging markets has made her a passionate advocate for entrepreneurship and private sector investment in the developing world. She is a proud mentor with the School of Leadership Afghanistan and Gaza Sky Geeks.
William is an experienced travel technology consultant with extensive expertise with both travel agency and airline systems. He has completed major projects with leading online travel agencies, airlines, GDSs, and numerous travel start-ups. Prior to forming his own consultancy, William was the CTO and co-founder of vayama.com and the SVP of technology strategy at BCD Travel. William's specialization's include travel distribution technologies, travel product design, and travel agency systems.

In 2015, Alexander left his analyst position in the public service to pursue a long-term dream - work only where there's free coffee. He is also the co-founder of ClaimCompass, where he's responsible for growth, marketing and you guessed it - the espresso machine. Alexander is an avid traveler, who has lived and worked in a few cities, from a Montreal-based airline, to a PR agency in Berlin.
Eric joined Bullpen in 2015 from RRE Ventures, where he was a General Partner. Current areas of focus include financial services and technology, consumer products and manufacturing, marketing technology and next-generation computer interfaces. Much of his investing philosophy and approach is informed by his experiences as a two-time founder, first in the 3D Graphics hardware space and later in the enterprise software/ERP sector. Eric is also an attorney, and practiced in the corporate group at Fenwick & West in Silicon Valley. As an undergraduate, he was an intern in the only very famous White House internship class. Eric holds a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, a J.D. from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia.

Successful prior investments include Braintree (acq: PYPL), Flipswap (acq: Hyla Mobile), Hyperpublic (acq: GRPN), Makerbot (acq: SSYS), TapCommerce (acq: TWTR), Singleplatform (acq: CTCT), and Venmo (acq: Braintree). He also sourced or led a number of other investments including Bark & Co., Collective Health, NerdWallet, Paperless Post, Sailthru, Viglink, and YipitData.
