Alex is an AI Based on-demand virtual travel concierge service that provides free hotel recommendations for last-minute booking via sms, email, twitter, slack and facebook messenger. Powered by Natural Language Processing AI assistance and our proprietry hotel metasearch algoithm, we are able to scale the white glove travel concierge service and provide it at a fraction of its traditional cost.

Challenge Being Solved

The problem we are tackling with Alex is the challenge of finding a satisfactory hotel deal for modern day traveler. The default method to find a hotel within a certain budget is through a long search process that requires travelers to read dozens of hotel profiles, sometimes for hours. Especially in popular destinations where the options are endless and this process can become overwhelming.
