Challenge Being Solved
We've figured out that on Travel market there are 2 main issues: lack of Targeting and Touchpoints with customers. In case of Targeting, we offer content providers send to their specific user profile (e.g. business traveller, flying with Delta mostly) offers. Thats the next level of user targeting. In order to solve Touchpoints issues, we offer companies (airlines, hotels, etc), follow-up their customers inside our app for offering them ancillaries goods and improved customer service (both inside our app and via Facebook Chat bot messenger).
