Until Beyond Pricing launched in 2014, the huge $100B vacation rental market, which makes up 20% of all accommodations, was still where hotels were 20 years ago. Setting rates was largely manual and based on guesswork. We changed that and made it easy enough for even individual owners to do, often with greater accuracy than the largest hotels.
