SAYLII collects and distributes the data a businesses needs to create better experiences for their customers. We concentrate on collecting data that a business can only get by directly interacting with consumers. We make sure to provide an actionable way for the businesses to use the insights. In our first product - location based businesses can collect and distribute what customers say as reviews to multiple sites with a touch of a button. They can also use what customers say to analyze sentiments. Long term we are working on building in sentiment analysis and algorithms that will bring out great insights and analytics.
